We used to live in a house where we had to leave the lights on all day. It didn't bother me as I never got up before noon. However I felt much happier when I moved into a house where the sun shone through the window from the early hours of the morning. I then tried to get up early as it was so nice . . . . . it only went on for a week or so and I went back to my old habits.
